3. Product Information

We ensure that all fruits and vegetables are:

  • Freshly cut on the same day of delivery.
  • Hygienically packed.
  • Accurately weighed and labelled.

However:

  • Natural variations in size, color, and shape may occur.
  • We cannot guarantee 100% uniformity in natural produce.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Unavailability of stock.
    • Incorrect pricing displayed due to system error.
    • Delivery location outside our serviceable area.
  • Customers may cancel an order before it is packed. Once the order is cut/processed, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
  • You must be available to receive the order at the delivery location.
  • Once delivered, the responsibility of the product shifts to the customer.

7. Quality & Storage

Our products are perishable. Customers are advised to:

  • Store refrigerated items immediately upon delivery.
  • Consume cut fruits within 4–6 hours and vegetables within 12–24 hours for best freshness.

We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage or delayed receipt of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, text, and content on the website are owned by BlueGriva International. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Issues arising from improper handling/storage by the customer.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
