1. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver in:

We will keep updating our delivery zones.
2. Delivery Time
- Same-day delivery is available for most orders.
- Standard delivery time: 1–4 hours, depending on locality and order volume.
- Orders placed after cut-off time may be delivered the next day.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery may be available above certain order values.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- Each product is cut fresh only after the order is received.
5. Delivery Attempt
If the customer is not reachable at the time of delivery:
- Delivery partner will wait a maximum of 5 minutes.
- If still unreachable, the order will be marked as undelivered.
- No refund will be issued for perishable items.
6. Packaging
All products are:
- Hygienically handled
- Packed in food-grade material
- Sealed to avoid contamination
7. Temperature-Sensitive Deliveries
Customers are advised to refrigerate the items immediately after receiving the order.
8. Incorrect Address or Details
If the order fails due to incorrect address, pin code, or phone number:
- No refund or re-delivery will be applicable.
9. Delayed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- Festivals
- Operational delays
We will notify customers whenever possible.
