Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. No Returns Accepted
We do not accept product returns only replacement once delivered, except in the case of:
- Damaged packaging
- Spoiled produce
- Wrong item delivered
2. Replacement or Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- You contact us within 1 hour of delivery.
- You provide clear images/videos of the issue.
- The product is unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are approved only after verification.

- Order ID
- Product name
- Photos/videos showing the issue
4. Types of Refunds
a. Full Refund
Issued if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- Product was spoiled or damaged at the time of arrival.
- Delivery did not happen due to our fault.
b. Partial Refund
Issued if a portion of the order was affected.
c. No Refund
Refunds will not be issued in cases like:
- Customer unavailable at delivery.
- Delayed receiving causing spoilage.
- Complaints raised after 1 hour of delivery.
- Improper storage by the customer.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be credited within 2–5 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Replacement Policy
If replacement is chosen and the item is available:
- Replacement will be delivered within next 1 hour of complaint raised.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before cutting & processing begins.
- Once the items are chopped/packed, cancellation is not possible.
